The new Computer-to-Plate Heidelberg Suprasetter 105H will enable Uniprint to produce printing plates in half the time it would normally take, using substantially less energy and with much greater environmental economy.
The fully automatic system of feeding the plate into the CTP, forwarding it from there at an angle of 90º into the plate processor and then directing it to the built-in punch makes the work of the plate operator much easier and guarantees the accuracy of the punching of the printing plates the process produces.
AS Uniprint is part of the UP Printing Group, whose turnover in 2006 was 187 million Estonian kroons. Uniprint was founded in 1992, is 100% based on private Estonian capital, and employs 48 people. The company has operated according to the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2000 and the environmental management system standard ISO 14001:1996 since 2004.
